When a guest walks through the doors of the Crossings and receives a warm welcome from a smiling face, it makes a lasting, positive impression. Greeters and Ushers play a significant role in creating people’s first impressions of the Crossings, and are often the reason a first time guest returns.
This team can be seen helping in several areas:
- Greeter Team: positioned at the main entrances to the building, providing a genuine smile, a sincere hello, a friendly face and a fond farewell
- Usher Team: located at the sanctuary doors, their friendly presence initiates a warm greeting and assists guests in the various functions of the service
- Parking Team: located in the parking areas, these friendly helpers provide a warm welcome, clear direction, and a fond farewell
Those who serve on the Greeter/Usher Teams are on a rotation and serve on the average of twice a month.
Serve on one of these teams and be the reason a guest returns to the Crossings.
